The 2017 Eastern Buying Conference, held April 1-2 at the Hilton Meadowlands in East Rutherford, New Jersey, was met with a storm that shut down airports, including Newark Airport, and delayed flights, causing the show to get off to a rocky start. In the end attendees were able to arrive safely, and the 2017 show was expanded to accommodate additional booths. Overall, attendance was up, according to show organizers.
