Apply a dark blue color as a French line. 3. Draw a green line on the index and ring fingers on the French line. 4. Draw a yellow square line on the thumb, middle and pinky fingers . 5. Brian Wolk and Claude Morais, the designers (pictured above) behind cult New York-based fashion brand Ruffian, debuted the Ruffian Rapture Nail Lacquer Trio last week in Los Angeles. Held at the rooftop pool of 60 Hotel Beverly Hills, the event featured gorgeous views, free manicures and celebrity sightings, including actress Rose McGowan.
